Order Confirmed:

Your order has been reviewed and confirmed. We have verified the availability of the items you selected and ensured that all necessary information is accurate.

Order Shipped:

Your order has been shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to the shipping address you provided. You will receive an email with tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Out for Delivery:

Your order is currently out for delivery and is on its way to your doorstep. Please keep an eye out for the delivery carrier and ensure someone is available to receive the package.

Delivered:

Your order has been successfully delivered to the shipping address you provided. If you have received your package, we hope you love your new tee shirt(s)! If you haven't received it yet, please check with neighbors or building management as the carrier may have left the package with them.

Return/Exchange Requested:

You have initiated a return or exchange request for your order. Our customer service team will be in touch with you shortly to guide you through the process and provide further instructions. Case by case only. 

Return/Exchange Processed:

Your return or exchange request has been processed, and we have received the returned item(s). We are currently reviewing the condition of the returned item(s) and will proceed with the necessary actions, such as issuing a refund or sending a replacement.
